| - We stopped in at Walmart to grab a few things and decided to grab something small from the dollar menu to hold us over until our dinner reservations, later. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and medium fries, my friend ordered a triple cheeseburger and my mom ordered a happy meal. We got our food in a decent amount of time, but our fries were barely warm and were stiff. My mom took hers back up and they quickly apologized and replaced them with hot fries. I normally don't complain, unless it's really bad, but I decided to go on and take mine up and ask them to exchange them, as well. They again apologized and said that they would bring them to my table.
By the time I had realized it, I still hadn't received my fries and I had already finished my burger and was quite satisfied, so I no longer wanted the fries. I went up to the register and told them to cancel the fries, that I was full. I asked for a refund and I could tell that they thought that I was upset, but I quickly explained that I was full and no longer needed the fries and made it a point to tell them that I wasn't mad and it was okay that the fries weren't ready. During our entire visit, they were always kind and attentive, in addition to being apologetic. I really appreciated that. The service overall was excellent! It surprised the hell out of me! Now I won't talk shit about Walmart McDonald's anymore...at least not this one.
