Will never use them again! My son ordered a corsage for homecoming a week in advance. He was promised it would be ready on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Saturday at 10:00 am, he calls to confirm his order and was told it would be ready. He goes to the shop at 1:00 pm and is told that it would be ready at 3:00 pm. No apologies, no explanation, nothing! I'm furious! I accompany him when he returns shortly after 3:00 pm. We are then told it would be another half hour! Unbelievable! Not one call from anyone! No communication! Nothing! My son has to go back a third time today and hopefully it is done?!?! He has plans to get ready for homecoming festivities tonight and this is not helping at all. A simple phone call would have gone a long way. I understand it is probably a busy day, we could have planned around it if they had just communicated to us earlier. A lot of good saying sorry now does to my son.
I returned to the store at 4:00 pm and was greeted by an angry mob, all dealing with the same issues that we were facing. My son's corsage still wasn't ready, but at least I could see that someone had started it. Finally got it at 4:15 with no apology.
At some point these guys have to stop taking orders they cannot possibly fill. We will NEVER use this florist again!!!
