  • Was put on hold and passed back and forth to different sections in the store multiple times, hung up on..Waited on hold for over 20 minutes. My manger needed two large items, vehicle storage tents, for construction purposes immediately, so I went to pick them up after calling this location to ensure they had them in stock, would hold them for us, and would bring them to customer service for us. They agreed. When I arrived there 35 minutes later, they did not have a clue what I was talking about. I was told to "walk around" while I waited for 20 minutes while they found and then brought the products in from the warehouse. THEN, they said I could not use the company Visa card I have used there many, many times for some reason. Next day, my boss went in, after I called to let them know he would be coming to grab them, and they said they couldn't hold anything and would not bring them down from the warehouse cause it "took up too much space". Even though I let them know he would be there in 10 minutes. My manager went there, again, made him wait 35 minutes while they looked and they could not find the product. We have been directed, as a company, to not go to this location any longer. Worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced anywhere! Staff just do not care about anything! Horrible location!!
