Most of the time I have a good experience and the Sephora employees are helpful. I went in to purchase the tarte Clay Stick Foundation. I didn't see it displayed so I asked an employee and she said she didn't think they had it in yet, which is totally fine, if you don't have it in store then you don't have it in store. I went online and saw that they had same color names for the tarte clay foundation (non stick) so I thought I would be able to get a similar color match for when I order the other stuff online. After trying to find someone for 15 mins for help, I explained to her I wanted to do a color match so I could try to order a similar one online. She said I couldn't do a color match, it wouldn't be the same. I asked her if I could try one anyways since I noticed they had the same names and maybe I could find one that would at least be similar. She said no, they aren't the same colors. I said I understand they might be different but maybe I could find a color that is at least close so I would like to get a color test on my face, just to try. Again she said no because every color is different. She wasn't listening to anything I was saying, before I could even finish my explanation she just keep saying no. I just wanted a color test, that's all. After 3 tries, I just gave up and walked out. I'll be going to other Sephoras from now on.
