  • The patio is reasonably quaint, but being across the street from the subway entrance does mean heavy foot traffic outside and a fair number of crazies walking past and they will not hesitate to ask you for money while you're on this patio. Inside is too dark and dingey, and they have live music which is generally pretty bad and much too loud- the space is not big enough for a live band not to sound deafening. It's very much a college type bar, the bar you go to because you just enrolled at Ryerson or UofT and you don't know what a good pub is yet. It should be called "The Fox and the Fiddle's adventures in mediocrity"
