I'm very easy to please, and I certainly don't expect anything incredible at any buffet no matter how swanky it looks, but I went here for dinner on a Tuesday and was sadly disappointed with the food quality. The variety was great, but the only thing I truly liked was the prime rib and the turkey. I've had better prime rib in a few places in Vegas. So much of the foods were soggy, or just tasted bad. Ribs and chicken were dry. I loved being able to re-fill my own drinks (all buffet servers are bad at refills in my experience), and the desserts were REALLY awful. Their froyo was good, though. I definitely want to try their breakfast buffet, but I won't be back for dinner.
