  • My wife and I have relocated a few times over the years and I must say this place is absolutely fantastic! The staff are tremendously attentive, friendly and always available. The location is absolutely perfect and the community is maintained in top-notch fashion. Beyond the obvious amenities that are available, every neighbor is friendly and social. The team in the office extends invites to social gatherings almost weekly and there is plenty of fun to be had at weekend gatherings by the pool, in the game room, and at local events. Cassie, Ashley, Alevia, Maggie, Coco and Jordan are some of the best in the business when it comes to hospitality, setting the expectation and welcoming new residents. I will also note that if you are in the business to network and or expand your brand, these guys are awesome at integrating your brand in any way they can. There are also many young professionals in the community that you can work with to grow business. My best experience to date was our first tour of the community, my wife and I were sold simply on Jordan's ability to be personable, friendly and attentive to our needs. A true professional at his ability to embrace what he does so well. I consider every employee not only a neighbor, but a friend. I highly recommend this community if you are in the market and desire to live in a premiere location near Vegas in Green Valley!!
