  • Carpet: the flooring staff in this store are great BUT I do NOT recommend Western States Flooring for install. I gave details in my Yelp Review under Western States Flooring. **BE SURE to INSIST/ RESPOND on at least 2 installers or they will just send one. Like anything anymore, you have to be onsite, vigilant so job is done right. One little guy came at 7am for stairs and upstairs job! Left at 10:30pm!! He AND I worked entire time. So no great deal here on free install! Also- this store has to have the lowest expenditure on staffing- ever tried to find someone there??? I go to other stores and you see personnel- seems odd. Wonder if they are independently owned?
