  • If I could give minus stars I would. I used to come here all the time to get my nails done. It's expensive, but they do a nice job. Less then a week ago me and my friend went here to get our nails done for prom. I made appointments prior and told them exactly what I wanted, and they booked us 1 hour each with the same girl. She took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do my nails (pink and white) and rushed and did my friends in 45 minutes. Instead of giving my friend tips (as she requested) she just put pink and white over her own nails. Four of my fake nails already fell off (keep in mind it has only been 6 days). I am extremely disappointed. Plus she charged my friend the same amount as me (she didny even get nails put on). Biggest waste of money. I can tell you this was my last visit to Hats Off.
