  • Don't use this company! A pure scam. My dryer was not working so I asked Paul to fix it back in February 2016 and paid $150 for parts and labor. Warranty is only 3 month long. Then 5 month later, the dryer breaks again (same issue) and he ask for $160 for the same parts and labor. Total repairs (less than a year) would have cost us a total of $310! With that said, I immediately DID NOT hire Paul the 2nd time and purchased a brand spanking new dryer with a 1 year warranty from Sears costing less than $350 includes taxes/parts/haul away old dryer and installation. So much better than paying for Paul repairs that does not work! Definitely, NOT trustworthy. and unprofessional. Getting a new dryer from SEARS that includes 1 year warranty is way better than hiring Paul. Economically, buying a new dryer from SEARS was a way smarter decision.
