Went into this UPS store this past week to drop off pre-labeled returns. The woman working said the label was wrong and it wouldn't work and I needed to come back with a different label. I bring stuff into ups with the exact same label 3-5 times per week. Never have I heard someone tell me this nor deny me leaving my packages there. I asked her to scan the package anyways and she said "no it won't work". I kept telling her to just scan it, I drop off these same packages every week and it's never been a problem. She then scans the package but avoids the barcode so it doesn't scan in so I tell her what she's doing. She finally scans the barcode and it scans in. I'm watching on the screen watching the barcode that scanned in and she said nope it doesn't work. I said it just worked, and she said no sorry. She didn't want to admit she was wrong so I had to leave and drop it off at the next closest ups which they gladly accepted and scanned in.
