Terrible customer service... If I could only explain to you how much of a dick this CSR was to my dad and I! I wish I had his name because there was another CSR there who was very friendly.
Here's the story...my dad already had a car reserved but he was hoping to get a better deal. He comes in and gives the CSR his ID so they could pull up his reservation. The CSR nonchalantly quotes my dad a price that is double what he was going to pay. My dad is like whoa! I already have a reservation and you quoted me this price. Apparently the CSR didn't even bother to ask...he just assumed my dad was coming in off the street and wanting a car. But he never bothered to ask. The whole time he's talking to us, he sounds like he's talking to children. It really was baffling to hear this come out of an adult's mouth, an adult who was representing his company who in-turn wanted to take our money.
We finally get the reservation in order and the CSR comes to bring out car around. Then the guy has the audacity to ask my dad for a tip. My dad point-blank says, "You need to adjust your attitude if you ever want a tip from me." Bravo, Dad...bravo. I wish I had this guy's name but if you've been there recently, you might know who I'm talking about.
