  • I have to give a great big shout out to Janeth Aguilar at this David's Bridal!! She was so amazing. You just don't see customer service like her performance. Let me tell you the story behind this awesome lady... I live in Dallas TX and I am 51 years old scheduled to attend a singles ball on Valentine's Day. The first one I have been to since my high school days. Its intimidating to go to a singles function at my age, but I needed to look fresh and not frumpy. I searched everywhere for a dress and was about to give up. I got online at David's Bridal website and found the perfect dress. I called locally and I was told the dress could only be found in Arizona. So I began the hunt for the dress. I called the store and Janeth confirmed the dress was there in my size and it could be shipped to me, but I wouldn't receive it until 2days after my event. She didn't give up on me and my heart felt desire to get this dress in time. I asked her if I made arrangements to get the dress picked up by FedEx would she promise to get the dress to the delivery guy. She promised. I sheduled FexEx pickup. I created the shipping label, but another hurdle occurred. How to get the shipping label to Janeth... the problem came when there wasn't email access at the store. Again, Janeth wasn't thwarted, she recommended faxing it to her. We made several failed attempts at faxing (due to my home faxline), but after 2hrs and at least six telephone calls, she finally received the label. She was never short, or annoyed with my constant calling, she was patient and helpful at all times The dress had to be picked up the next day by FedEx for it to arrive in Dallas by noon on Saturday. So Friday around 1pm, Janeth called me to alert me the pickup hadn't happened. She assured me she would let me know if the dress didn't get picked up before she left. FedEx picked up the dress and got it to me on time. The dress was a perfect fit, it looked fabulous. I'm going to my ball tonight feeling confident, elegant and fresh... no frumpiness on Valentine's Day!! Janeth was incredible... she felt my need, she recommended a solution, she was patient and remained focus and helped me implement the plan for delivery. She was concerned and followed up when the delivery looked like it my fail and she kept me posted thru-out. And of course I called her to thank her for all she did for me once the dress was in my hands. Now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. If she did all this for me for a cocktail dress, I can only imagine what she will do for someone's wedding dress. Janeth is a Customer Service Hall of Famer!!
