After a decidedly awful Indian dining experience in Mississauga, Agio in Toronto's Corso Italia reassures me that GTA cuisine is indeed world class. It was fun practicing my Italian with Chef Marino, while dining on Insalata di Calamari and the most amazing fresh Bruschetta. Get this... $25 with a glass of wine. When I return to GTA in October, Marino is making me Baccala (Salt Cod) alla Romana. Love this place!!!
