  • I moved so now BMW N Scottsdale is closer but they did not have the part I needed. Called Camelback and Jessie answered. Not only did he honor the online discount price without any trouble he knew my background and asked if he could do anything to win me back as a customer. I shared that I moved. He acknowledged that and said I've reviewed your file and you have a lot of history with us. I asked how hard it was to install my part (I knew it was pretty simple) but he said don't worry. We can take care of that for you. Now that is exemplary customer service. Great job Jessie. Maybe I will come back to Camelback to get my next one and continue my service at your store. Appreciate you!
