  • I was first impressed with the chipper voice that answered when I called saying "Thank you for calling Plumbing Masters. How can I make you smile today?" I was also pleased with their response time. They were able to get someone to my client's property the same day. The reason I'm giving one star is because I was taken advantage of by charging $289 for a job that took them 15 minutes of labor and a clean out cap that costs $5. They didn't even have to make a trip to the store. Highway robbery in my opinion. I called after the fact to talk to a manager and the receptionist said he wasn't in. She asked what it was regarding and I explained. She said she would have him call me back but I never heard from anyone.
