  • Do not use these people - they came to clean on very short notice (next day), which was good of them, but that's where the positive's ended - cleaning person was 3 hours late after they made me wait for an hour during their 'arrival window'. They couldn't get a hold of her to let her know how to get in my building, or give her special instructions - their response was just to send me to their company voicemail :) By the end the ONE thing I really needed done and ask for, was not done ( putting the cleaned sheets on the bed when I specifically asked for it). Never again..I forgot to mention, they charge about $10 more than other services I normally use.
