  • Okay sometimes I go here and it pisses me off. I bring in bags of clothes and they want to take 7 items and give me $9. I think I'd feel better just donating it all. And what's worse is it all depends on what employee is working as to what they'll take. They do have some nice employees not going to lie, but sometimes their personal opinion seems to come into play when choosing what to buy from you. Also, one of my friends went in here for the first time and gave a bag to try to sell. A girl with many tattoos helped her and when she went to recollect her bag she told me friend that they only wanted two things. Now since my friend was new she called me after asking me if it was normal for them to keep your things. I said no as they are supposed to give you back your bag if they do not want certain things. I believed my friend got taken advantage of and they took all her items and tried getting away with a small form of stealing. My friend does not go back there. Now I have found some treasures there but maybe only one thing in the whole store so I do stop by every once in awhile. I just dislike their service greatly.
