I am only commenting on the daycare part of it, not the other services they offer. It is clear that daycare is not their money maker so they seem to have no interest in new clients. They made me feel like a burden. The manager was rude, as if she had no time for me (or my dog). She showed no empathy or sympathy. The receptionist at least was nice. Their space for small dogs is REALLY small. Seriously. To give you an idea: divide your bedroom in half... and then put 6-7 dogs in there. Don't let the picture posted here fool you (not only they used a wide-eye lens, but that's the area for the "big dogs"). And they seem to group dogs only by size, not temperament, age, or any other factors, which shows you how much they know about canine behavior. Unless you have a laid-back puppy who has never growled a day in their life, don't waste your time going here. And PS: their "luxury suites" are Plexiglas kennels, let's not kid ourselves.
