  • Phew. If you're a cafe in Wisconsin that serves $10 cheese curds, it helps if you don't deep fry them so long the cheese disintegrates. Service was friendly but slow. We received our food before our drinks and by the time the coffee drinks arrived they were lukewarm. With so many good food options in Madison, you can do much, much better than Cafe Hollander at this price point.
