  • I visited Quick Repair Jewelry with an unusual project. The dial on a new watch of mine was compromised; its manufacturer sent a replacement to be installed locally. Alberto is the owner-operator of Quick Repair Jewelry, and he managed this operation beautifully; and when a crazy machining tolerance defect in the blasted replacement dial prevented the watch from functioning properly, Alberto corrected that, as well, replacing the battery for good measure. He then returned the watch to me without an extra charge (beyond what I originally paid for him to swap dials). Alberto is honest, hard-working, and pleasant to deal with, a decent fellow who cares about his clients. I highly recommend this practical little shop--Alberto will earn your business.
