  • OMG!!! What a cluster when I tried to send my dad a gift basket for his birthday!!!!! Four phone calls and no satisfaction at all. I should have known it would be a problem when, during the first call, it seemed to be a surprise that I expected the basket delivered within five days...argh! When the folks I spoke with realized I wanted the basket delivered to an address nearby, they said they could get it there on time but they were unsure about what the final charge would be....well, guess what? No basket and the charges are unspecified and pending. I will NEVER deal with these folks again. I was particularly disappointed since, when I lived in Cleveland, they had good stuff for sale in their store, albeit at inflated prices. Word to the wise, stay away!
