  • I Feel So Conflicted, Honestly The Hotel Is BEAUTIFUL, But The Customer Service Is Subpar. First, MONTHS Before I Stayed Here I Called Concierge and Emailed With Representative To Be Assured They'd Be Able To Decorate The Room For My Best Friends Birthday Since I Wanted It To Be A Surprise Since We Were Traveling Alone. Two Weeks Before The Trip I Find Out They Won't Accept The Cake. The Won't Put Balloons In Room or Flowers Until After Arrival. Settled With Calling Around For Balloon Delivery and Changing Cake Delivery Time Which Meant It Wasn't Really A Surprise. Then At Arrival They Told My Friend Happy Birthday and Promised To Send Her Complimentary Chocolate Cover Strawberries and Chocolates Which Never Happened. Got To Room Was Beautiful. That Night I Ordered Plates For Cake and Two Drinks They Charged For Delivery. The Negatives Not Following, Positives Beautiful Hotel and The Room Service Delivery People Were Very Friendly. Probably Wouldn't Stay Again. . .
