  • WARNING!!!!! Do Not Move Here!!!! Office staff always extremely rude, nothing is available when you need it ( I.e. Computer lab, maintenance staff), no security (upstairs neighbor's always stomping and making noise round the clock, the neighbors next door always smoking weed so smells up my apartment, and near by community members always jumping the fence to use pool), hot tubs do not work, pools always dirty, people don't pick up after their animals, and no assigned parking means that you have to park two buildings away because non rent paying visitors can park where ever they want. Fixes are not done in a timely manner at all, when I moved in my air didn't work for three weeks in the middle of July!!! A few months later my kitchen sink backed up because another neighbor poured grease down their drain and it backed up into my apartment flooding the entire kitchen. Took a week to fix, and they put all towels used for clean up in my tub to mildew while I was out of town for 5 days!!! Always out of light bulbs so be prepared to buy your own. And mind you, despite all the issues I've never had a discount in rent at all. They will just increase your rent. Let's not get me started on the bugs!!! Cockroaches everywhere!!!!!! Along with little black pincher bugs!! They don't fumigate or clean the hallways. The old lady in the office is the worst! Always rude, will lock you out of the computer lab. All other employees usually never have any idea what's going on or have answers to anything. Way overpriced for the quality of apartment you're getting. Better off to rent a house. A less than 800 sq ft handicap 1 bedroom apartment with so many problems $900 a month! Save yourself a headache and don't even consider this place. So happy to be leaving in less than a week!!!!!!!
