| - I have been a customer of Cosmos for years. I have been going to Christopher for the past four years or so. He was a great hair stylist, never had a problem with him. He also would cut and color my two daughters hair as well. Well I started noticing months ago the bad customer service with the front desk. I had expressed my concerns to Christopher and the owner Sandy. They said that those girls who were rude to me on the phone where fired. Well, I really should had left at that time, due to not being organized, canceling my appointments and snotty attitudes from the ladies upfront. Let me also point out that these girls are in high school and have a tendency to lie and stretch the truth. Well I made an appointment a month ahead only to find out the night before that I was never put on the books. I never received an apology, in fact the girls acted like it was no big deal. I was sick of the drama and needed my hair done, so I asked for a master stylist. The next day I went to Morgan, who at first seemed nice, but once I told her what I wanted to do with my hair, she automatically gave me a NO! I didn't even get to show her the pictures or what I wanted yet. I asked her if I could show her, she said yes, then proceeded to tell me that there is NO WAY we can make my hair lighter to platinum because it would require bleach on the scalp. I tried to ask her what could we do to get the darker brown out of my hair and she said she would try to get those dark pieces out and make it brighter. Morgan did my hair, hardly saying three sentences to me, as my regular hair stylist Christopher completely ignored me. When I was done and walking out, Christopher proceeded to tell me that we will keep working on the dark hair gradually. I paid my bill, gave Morgan a tip and walked out. NEVER did I say one single word to a receptionist, Morgan, Sandy or Christopher that day that I was pissed and throwing a fit in the salon.
When I got home I told my husband how unhappy I was about the whole scheduling situation, my hair not being super light like I wanted, and how I was going to call the owner and talk with her. I called the owner, but was told by the receptionist that she would call me back. Never got a call back. I then get a text from Christopher wanting to talk to me. After finding time on both parts we finally spoke on the phone how I was not happy about my color, and if I'm paying for services, why could I not have my hair lighter. Christopher said that he would have me come in and redo my hair to what I want. Okay, so that's what you call good customer service. Well he then tells me that the owner Sandy does not want him doing my hair because he will not get paid for it. Are you serious?! I was unhappy about my hair and had to go to a different stylist because of their receptionist not putting me down on the schedule correctly. Anyways... I went in the next week and Christopher had an attitude with me, like he was mad that I wanted to take my hair platinum. He mentioned that they sometimes make clients sign a disclosure. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I asked him if he was not comfortable doing my hair I could go elsewhere. I showed him a picture of my friend who has platinum hair from a stylist at Dolce, and that pissed him off! He gave me an attitude and swung my chair around saying we need to talk. Then he had Sandy come over to tell me about my hair. When I tried to ask her a question, she cut me off and said she had to get back to her client. I informed Christopher that I am only looking out for my hair and if he didn't want to do it, there would be no hurt feelings. He said he was going to work really hard to help me achieve getting the brown pieces out, and over a process of time he will get me to platinum. He did my hair, took a long time and worked hard to accommodate me. I really respected that. I went up to the front desk and asked how much I owed, the receptionist said nothing. I asked her to please give Christopher a tip for me anyways and made my daughter a hair appt.
Now this is where I am SHOCKED at Cosmos! My sister also goes to Christopher to get her hair done. She calls my mother and tells me that Christopher was talking about how I came in the salon yelling at everyone, and how all the girls in the front could not take how bad I treated them! First off, the turn over rate upfront is ridiculous. There is always new people up front. I NEVER yelled at any of those girls, even with their snotty attitudes toward me. Christopher slandered me to my own sister the whole time she was there. He was telling her that no one will touch my hair there, and how he will do my hair one more time then write me off the books! First off, who talks about a client to their own sister?! Not very professional in my opinion. I LOVE that he wanted to try and take my money one more time before he wrote me off the book! I don't do drama or lies. Learned my lesson.
