  • I have recently encountered Spa Week for the special for this place for a $50 for 50 min Swedish Massage That said, I have been there before and the service was quite uneven but this time they will add $21 service charge even before I book the treatment which I found unacceptable because I still believe that the gratuity should be earned once the service is rendered (Yes I will be 20% tipper if they earned it). The facility is first rate with great front desk and spa attendants with fruits, tea (both ice and hot, juices , relaxing area, water fall, hot tubs, large steam room plus a very clean dry sauna. The facial I got was average and when I asked for extraction, she reluctantly did it and said I didn't pay her enough for that level of service (50 min) which I found absurd. Would I go back? Why should I pay someone to treat me badly? I got to be a fool.
