I decided to treat myself for my birthday and purchased a Groupon for a 50 minute massage. I had my appointment 2 days ago which I had booked online. The spa itself was nice and relaxing. My massage therapist was Sandy/Sandra and she was great! She asked me questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. She offered something additional (like a moisturiser?) which you are able to do on your hands or feet. I decided to do it on my feet because they started cracking from the heat here in AZ. Well whatever it was made a huge difference! I now have healtht and happy looking feet. =)
My only complaint is communication was lacking. You are suppose to be at your appointment 30 minutes before your appointment and I was running late. I called 3x within an hour there was no answer and nobody returned my message. You book online which was easy but I had some questions and thought they would call and give a reminder about the appointment. (Like you do from doctor appointments or dinner reservations.) I figured I could ask questions at that time. There was no call. When I got to the spa there was only one receptionist who was held up answering questions for someone. I also just didn't feel here attitude was friendly which made me concerned if this was going to be a negative experience.
My other complaint was that there was construction and I could hear it periodically through the massage.
Overall, I would wait until construction is over and would be happy to come back and see Sandy.
