I would like to give zero stars-
I have been owed a refund of $25 for 11 weeks. As of today, no one can tell me the status of the refund- other than it is on "someone's desk". That does not help me. I tried to be patient for the first 6 weeks. Now it is just unacceptable business practices. I was also told that if you are due a refund, you have to call or they will not send it to you. Think about that. If you are DUE A REFUND, THEY WILL NOT SEND IT TO YOU UNLESS YOU CALL AND REQUEST IT! Please save yourself the trouble, and look for another equipment provider.
