  • They don't care about quality and a bit dishonest.... I came in here Christmas Eve just to have a basic red nail polish (not gel) to get festive for the holiday and they told me $12. I asked to have a bit of green for the top of nails and they said sure, $12. I was certain all was ok with the price. But when I go to check out they charged me an extra $5 because of the green tips!!!! So instead of $12 it became $17. I was very upset. And, to top it off, the service was terrible! She slapped on the red, and without waiting for the nails to dry, she slaps on the green. After sitting for more than 10 MINUTES under the fan, the tips were sliding off and chipped. I get to the car, and my nails look hideous for Christmas Eve. I could've done a better job just buying the damn polish and doing this myself at home. What a total waste of money and lack of customer care.
