  • I purchased a used Honda Odyssey via the internet from Sean and Shawn at East Towne. After looking online at various sites with little success, often avoiding dealers due to high pressure sales and slimy sale people, we decided to check out various 3rd party dealer sites. We found a vehicle that met all the requirements for our large family and made contact with the dealer. From the initial email to the test drive and purchase, the process could not have been more smooth, pleasant or problem free. The transaction was quick and there were no high pressure sales, just genuine people who seemed very honest throughout the transaction. They went the extra step for a picky buyer like me and send me more pictures and details. East Towne was a fresh experience. Rather than 3-4 hours, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The car was washed, immaculately detailed, and full of gas when we got there. Communication with the sales team was seamless and unbelievably prompt. I often received email replies within 5 minutes of every email. I definitely will come back to East Towne for future car needs.
