Just like Laura and Pam, these guys are rip offs. Lucky for me they did not touch the equipment but I still got hit with a service fee for an appointment that never happened. According to AHS, the service tech does not have to submit diagnostic information/paperwork under a certain dollar amount so they have no record of this work. Of course AHS (the great customer advocates that they are...) told me I have to figure this out with Iceman since they do not have any paper work. The best part is now AHS has suspended my account until this is resolved... Shame on Iceman for falsifying documents and shame on AHS for not looking at for their customers.
