  • I received a gift certificate for the Ten Spot for Christmas. Finally decided to use it on a Pedicure after work. I was warmly greeted by the girl at the front desk and sat at my spot. My esthetician was great. She would tell me what she was doing each time, she would check in and ask if I was okay (with each procedure) and she was extremely gentle during the entire process. You really get what you pay for. At the cheaper places, they do what they want and never ask you questions. My appointment ran a little late, and despite someone else waiting for a wax, my esthetician did not rush and did an amazing job painting my toes. Overall, great experience. I wish it wasn't so pricey ($55 + tax + tip), but you definitely get what you pay for. They are super hygienic (which is a relief) based on what I saw during my appointment. I'll definitely be checking out other Ten Spot locations (if I feel like splurging). The HBC one is nice, but I find that because they are right smack in the middle of HBC in the basement, I get a bit distracted.
