My FedEx mission was quite simple - return a package with a prepaid label for shipment. The store is divided into two parts as the name suggests - printing and shipping. I headed to the left for the shipping area and didn't even have to say what I needed. The friendly clerk noticed the label as I was walking up and inquired if I needed a receipt for my drop-off. I declined, but asked if she knew how to track down a package that was showing as delivered but never actually made it to my building. She kindly and quickly explained what steps I should take and was apologetic even though she had no part in the package going missing.
My only real complaint is the absurd parking situation. I spent probably triple the time circling the lot trying to find a parking space than I did in the store taking care of my business. There were many others circling the lot as well and it was sheer luck to be in the right place at the right time to snag a spot. It's not FedEx's problem alone, but perhaps they could invest in a couple of 15-minute parking signs and snag some spots for those of us who just need to pop in and out.
