  • Renee is not only an incredible athlete, having run the Boston Marathon, and Ironman a few times, but she is an amazing therapist. She's extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in her approach, a few things that have amazed me in my treatment. 1. She will diagnose you as you walk in, literally. Stiffness in the hip, ankle bothering you, she'll know. 2. She's an endurance athlete, she knows the frustration of having to rest up because of injury, and she will talk you through it all, every injury you've had, she's probably been there and treated it on herself before. 3. She will nerd out with you; if you look up stuff around your condition, and talk to her about it, she'll explain everything in a ton of really helpful detail. 4. She'll make an athlete of you; unlike most healthcare practices, she'll work to get you back on the road feeling better, but she will also watch you run, and correct your form so you don't re-injure. Also, she coaches for ironman and marathons! Stick with the exercises and training she gives you, she -really- is the best at what she does.
