rev:text	US Air Solutions has been advertising in Amazon living social in the Chicago, Illinois area. I purchased a coupon, waited two weeks for an appointment - not only no show but the 877-692-3176 staff clearly had no intention of telling me at 11 am, at 1 pm and at 4 pm that the technician had had to cancel. They wanted to re-reschedule for 2 weeks later. Totally unapologetic - probably because they are in Arizona and don't really care about any business reputation in Chicago, IL.
