| - Needed to get a TB test and physical for volunteering. I went on Google to find a place and this is the first place that popped up. It seemed decent, especially with their advertised student discounts. What student wouldn't want to save money, right? Even after seeing the overall 3 star rating and many 1 star reviews on Yelp, I still gave it a shot. I made an appointment for 10:15am, but was not called for an hour. Also, the receptionist was very unclear and unprofessional. She charged me $89 for a physical exam and said it was the standard rate. However, I overheard her speaking to another student about 20 minutes earlier and charging them $45. To clear the confusion, my boyfriend stepped outside and called and she told him that with student discounts, it costs $54. I then went back to her and asked her why she said it was $54 over the phone. She then began to TRY to tell me that they're usually $59 but for students it's $54, but I had to pay $89. She was NOT clear.
After finally being called to the back, I got my TB test done and the nurse just seemed like he hated life. I probably would too if I worked at that place. The physician assistant that administrated my physical was much more pleasant. She's the only reason this place gets a star. But yeah, if you absolutely have to come here... come early in the morning to avoid everyone. Also, make sure to clarify what you're paying for since some idiots are unable to do their job. I will never return to this location. If I ever need vaccinations again, I'll try Walgreens or the other Vaccine center location.
