  • Carter is awesome. I had a problem with the alternator of my vehicle so I went and bought the part for it from AutoZone that way it'd be ready for installation. Made an appointment w/ Carter online and within the next hour he called me right back. He gave me his honest opinion that that part that I had just bought may not be the best. So instead, he'd provide a better part and I'd return the one I had which I did. He definitely made a good point of mechanic vs auto parts dealer. Saturday morning around 8am he swung by in his truck. CONVENIENT AF! Switched out the alternator and charged my battery like it was nothing. His service was reasonable and had an honest and awesome attitude. Definitely recommended for anyone in need of some car help.
