| - I wanted to try this place for a while now, so I happened to be nearby and decided to go. The sign on the door said "Open at 12 noon". When I opened the door at 12 noon, it was still locked, so I waited 5 minutes but it was still locked. I waited again and checked, and it finally opened at about 12:15 pm (Strike 1). When I came inside, nobody was there to greet me. I stood there for a couple of minutes reading the menu sign, but still no one came out. So I asked out loud "Hello?," not sure if anyone would come out. I said Hello a few times before someone came out (Strike 2). I asked about the fish shaped cone, but she said that was discontinued, and they only have the bear. She told me the flavors the bear cone come in and the flavors it came with. I asked about the other ice cream flavors that they have on display, but those are not for the bear... Long story short, she did not explain things very well, and she looked like I was bothering her. Anyway, I ordered a chocolate bear and a chocolate ice cream to go with it. She proceeded to do so, but told me the chocolate ice cream flavor was not working, so I had to pick another flavor (Strike 3). When she was giving it to me, I asked her if there were any toppings that she could put on--I don't know why she did not ask me if I would want any toppings in the first place (Strike 4). Right after she gave me my order, she went back inside. I ate the ice cream inside the store, but she did not bother asking me whether I needed anything else or all the other stuff that servers/waitresses tend to do to display appropriate customer service (Strike 5). This was the first and last time I would go to this place. PLEASE train your staff to provide good customer service skills. It is one of the essential qualities in a successful business establishment.
