  • Everything from reserving a unit online to the customer service by Josh on-site was exceptional. I had a large delivery of boxes being delivered by UPS. I knew the date of arrival, but not the time. Josh helped me get everything ready and then called me when the UPS truck arrived so that I could be there to receive the shipment. Before I got there, Josh had taken the UPS driver back to my storage unit and had begun the unloading process. Things went very smoothly, and I would attribute that to Josh's professionalism.
