  • I don't know how they do it, but the professionals at The Office Squad daily save the day for Hero School's departments. They have been on the front lines of phones and messaging for both our community and business clients and colleagues for more than 5 years and consistently say the right thing and forward calls to the right people daily - even the most challenging calls. Like those who call who've been living on the street inquiring about our quarterly homeless "breakthrough" academies. It's one thing to be professional enough to set up speaking engagements and trainings for Fortune 500 clients. It is something else entirely to soften and sign up struggling, questioning and sometimes desperate people for the class and services that will get them off the street. The pros at The Office Squad have that level of range! We couldn't be happier.
