I have a Shasta Pool that is about 8 years old. Recently I needed some service for an underground leak and some other equipment failure related issues. Based on poor experiences that I have received from other companies, I decided to call Shasta Pools Service dept this time to come fix the issues. I figured that if they did not fix it right, they would offer a better warranty than some of the other companies that I have dealt with.
I received great service setting up my appointment through Kathy (602-532-3887). The technicians that came out to my home (Joe & Felix for the leak & James J for the other issue) were all professional, clean cut, courteous and they did a great job both during the job and after when they cleaned up the area. They were on time for both appointments and when they estimated how long the work would take, they were spot on in their time estimates.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the support that I received from Shasta Pool Service and their price is on par with the other companies that I have had come out to do work on my pool systems. I will be calling Shasta for future service needs going forward. Nice job folks!
