  • Only upside to this place is that rent is decent. There are shady people hanging out everywhere (people were even having sex in their car one day in front of my apt, not to mention all the drug deals I see go down). You can hear every step your upstairs neighbors make so if they have kids that like to run around all day prepare to want to kill yourself daily. Calling management doesn't help. They do nothing. Not even with the neighbors who fight & throw parties at 2 am nightly. Also called about a leaking water heater 2 months ago, no one ever came. Called again, still nothing. Im moving out soon (thank god) so it'll be their issue. Just take my word for it & move someplace else!
