So the customer service line seems to get this Spanish woman at her house. She kept telling me to "hold on a second" over and over. I was calling to confirm my reservations with Expedia. I called back twice and asked if she was working out of her home. Very very unprofessional. I called back four times you guys... This woman stated that there was not any supervisors available. OMG!! I called their toll free number. The customer service rep stated that because I didn't speak Spanish, there was not a supervisor available for me. This mans English was so broken up that he didn't understand what he was saying so you know I could barely understand him my self. What the hell is this?????
