I ordered holiday cards yesterday online. The order said pickup 12/14 at 5:46 pm. I arrive at the store 12/14 at sounds 7pm only to find out that my order is not ready. The clerk, Lonnie, didn't apologize. He told me that they usually call the member to say that the order is ready. And also that they're backed up 3 days because other clubs' photo machines were down. He made it sound like it was my mistake for showing up without being called. Then why put a pickup time on the confirmation page? Why not say "please wait for our call"? Very frustrating that I made a trip to sams and my order was not ready. Now I have to make another trip. Also very annoyed that the employee just explained his situation and not seemed sympathetic or apologetic at all. This is the 2nd time I ordered cards and same thing happened the 1st time. But at least the 1st time the employee was apologetic. Very frustrating! Never had this experience with costco!
