  • The food court in Caesars has a variety of options. I come to La Gloria every time I'm at Caesars and if you get the ceviche...you won't be disappointed. It's fresh and surprisingly awesome. Everything else is whatever, but get the ceviche and you won't be mad at me. It's white fish, white onion, cilantro, lime, jalapeño and salt (says my palate). It comes with tostadas so you can scoop the ceviche. Very tasty.
