  • Given this locations relative proximity to my home, I have given them multiple chances to make up for bad service. Unfortunately they have not. The first time I went here was on a weekday and it was in the mid afternoon. We waited in the drivethru for over 25 minutes. The bad thing was that there was only 4 cars ahead of us! Also, our order was wrong and when I went inside i had to wait 10 minutes in line before being waited on. The second time i went here was on a weekend in the evening and the poor cashier didn't know how to make change so I had to count it for her. The third time I came was thru the drive thru again and it took 17 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. The person at the payment window dropped half my change on the ground and I couldn't get to it to pick it up. Also, no one ever apologizes for the wait. Sometimes that can go a long way. I'm not sure what is happening at this location but I hope they get it figured out because it is convenient for me and the only fast food resturaunt right at the exit for University city Blvd.
