Came here to have an oil change done while visiting my Mom. I stood for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. During that time, I listened to two other clients complain about their experiences and saying that their cars had been adversely affected by the work done. Both clients had to be referred to a higher manager (one store and the other district). After hearing these exchanges, I was finally acknowledged. When I said, "Hi how are you?" I was met with a complaint that alluded to the troubles experienced with the other clients. When I asked how long for an oil change, I was informed that it would be a few hours. When I asked when I should come back he stated that he'd be caught up after lunch without an apology. It seems that if a client waits so long just to be practically turned away, some sort of atonement would be offered in addition to a proper greeting. Judging by the comments of the other clients, maybe it was for the best. I would be willing to give them another try (and update the review) as I've used other Pep Boys locations with no complaints but they truly need to reign in the customer service experience first.
