  • Sadly this place should close down, you are better off not coming here since they cannot really help you. I developed a rash within days of leaving my job, they cut my insurance that same day. I get it, it happens but my rash was spreading and I didn't know what else to do since it was becoming really bad and started to become painful and I no longer was able to close my hands. I came here because I believed they might be able to help me because in an emergency you go to the emergency room. Nope, I was wrong. They stated the obvious of me having a rash and the doctor told me he couldn't help me. He must have felt bad for me and decided to run blood work but nothing looked strange and I was pretty much let go from the hospital to fend for myself. I thankfully was able to see a dermatologist and they saved my life. Also this dermatologist was across the street from the hospital. Now I have a huge medical bills for I'm not sure what since they didn't do anything. This hospital is a scam. Listen I knew my insurance may not have gone through since I had left my previous job but come on! The medical bills are ridiculous and they literally didn't do anything.You are better off just staying at home because the trip here was not worth it. You go to the emergency room to get help because something serious is happening and it's such a let down when you think there is some hope or relief but you are let down. Their financial department is rude and are not helpful at all. However I wished I got her name of someone I spoke with a few weeks ago,she worked in the financial department and was helpful, and kind and seemed like she cared. Now... today I called and within second into the call I knew the person on the line was not going to be helpful. She was rude, impatient, doesn't not let you finish sentences or ask questions. So rude. She should get fired. Also I was nice and friendly on the line and since they record for "quality assurance" they should be able to find our recording/conversation and see how that woman from the financial department treated me. So my advice to you is go on YouTube or WebMD because you are more likely to solve your medical issue yourself than spend a fortune at this hospital and possibly die after you leave this place since they most likely won't be able to help you. I honestly cannot believe I am recommending YouTube or WebMD but thats how disappointing this hospital is.
