Great hospitality but the renovations are almost too much to bare. They are renovating the lobby, and they have a crowded and congested makeshift front desk in one of the ground rooms. I can't wait to see the hotel once it is done, but I definitely would not recommend staying here while it is a construction zone.
Living with mobility challenges, there was no accessible entrance for me as I limped up the stairs. I had to park farther away because there was no handicapped parking.
The staff is warm and hospitable. I was there to receive some friends from out-of-town. They quickly informed me that I might have the wrong Hilton Garden Inn and was probably supposed to go to the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North on Van Buren Street. I thanked my guides and proceeded to the other Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport hotel. Who came up with the location name anyway? Hilton Corporate, really?
