  • Jim and Mike AND THEIR TEAM are FANTASTIC! I have a high mileage Ford Expedition that needed a complete engine replacement. Mike handled the whole job with his mechanic so quickly and was so concerned about getting me the best engine for the best price and looked for every way I can save money. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I also have a high mileage For Aerostar Van. I bought this van not really knowing what all serious mechanical issues it might have. Jim and his mechanics did a SUPERB JOB at going through this van with a fine tooth comb and fixed some Very Difficult repairs and made this old van like new again while always looking for ways to save me money. I bought this van in WA State and had a Ford dealer there try to do what I needed Greulich's DID DO.... The Ford dealer in WA was pathetic. I wasted a lot of money and they did nothing but get black grease and dirt all over the inside carpet engine cover. When I picked up the van after Jim and his team at Greulich's were done ACTUALLY Fixing my Van... they not only fixed everything but without me asking... they cleaned all the black grease and dirt on the inside engine carpet cover that the Ford Dealer in WA couldn't care less about cleaning after they did it. AGAIN.... FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I HIGH RECOMMEND THIS GREULICH'S AND JIM AND MIKE AND THEIR TEAMS!!!
